The Dean of the Institute Participates in the Quran Council in Al-Hakim Hall Institute Media Under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, and in the presence of the President of the University of Baghdad, Professor Dr. Bahaa Ibrahim Insaf, the Dean of the Institute, Chartered Accountant, Assistant Professor Dr. Ali Muhammad Thajil Al-Maamouri, and the deans of colleges and institutes and directors of centers at the University of Baghdad, the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research held the Quran Council entitled "The Month of Ramadan, Spring of the Quran." Quranic lectures were delivered by Sayyid Abdul Salam Zain Al-Abidin. The Quran Council witnessed broad participation from deans, directors, and employees of the University of Baghdad, as well as from Iraqi universities and their students. At the conclusion of the Ramadan Quran Council, His Excellency the Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, Dr. Naeem Al-Aboudi, delivered a speech in which he highlighted the importance of the role and mission of universities in opening up to society, ensuring the necessary awareness, adopting the Quranic studies project, and giving this direction special attention in undergraduate and graduate studies. جامعة بغداد
