Great report. One other idea to enhance success is mentorship. Many of the individuals we focus on are first gen with little or no role models to learn from. That is a critical factor for their success.

Developing durable skills directly impacts bottom-line results. And is backbone of a resilient workforce. When companies integrate social-emotional learning into real work experiences, they are future-proofing their teams, by creating an environment where adaptability and critical thinking become second nature. This approach revitalizes the entire organization. Investing in these programs, means businesses aren't playing the short game of talent acquisition. It is how you build a culture of continuous growth that can better weather market shifts--essential for staying competitive.
