🔘 Please find attached a link to the recording of my speech during the Opening Workshop on restorative justice of the pilot research project of the Donetsk State University of Internal Affairs (#DonDIA) 🇺🇦 and the Institute for East European Law (#osteuropa) 🇩🇪. 🔘 The problem under consideration is to find out what the policy of Ukraine is on providing criminal law protection of historical memory regarding the victims and consequences of the Soviet regime at the legislative and law enforcement levels and whether there are proper (complete and enough) grounds for criminal law response to violations in the relevant area.
