As 2025 rolls in, I’ve been thinking about my unexpected path into the manufacturing world. Like many, I didn’t plan for it—it just kind of happened. With a Business and Marketing degree and a minor in management, I had a different career in mind. But when that door closed, a peek into the recruiter’s world sparked something in me, and I realized I could bring real value to people. Stepping into Technical Recruiting for Engineering and Manufacturing felt like finding my place. Seeing the incredible work manufacturers and engineers create, diving into automation, and learning about cutting-edge equipment gave me a whole new respect for this industry.
