Follow Up: This step is crucial for monitoring progress, providing additional support if needed, and reinforcing the commitment to the agreed-upon solutions. Follow-ups help to ensure that the actions taken are effective and allow for any necessary adjustments to be made, keeping the momentum for improvement going.
