This week marks 15 years since I joined Dow in Dubai UAE. Joining at the time as an account manager in our Basic Plastics division, I never imagined the rollercoaster of experiences both professional and personal that this move would bring me. I'm forever grateful to really strong leaders who believed in me, took a bet on me, gambled heavily on me to give me those chances. I'm also thankful for my peers, colleagues and friends in Dow Packaging & Specialty Plastics who have coached, taught and spent time with me doing great things at this company. I couldn't be more excited to find myself working hard alongside them into helping transform our company and industry into a #circulareconomy model with sustainability at the core of our strategies. Mostly, I couldn't have done without the support of my wife Alexandra Igleheart, who sacrificed so much, and happily held hands everytime we climbed into that roller coaster for the next adventure!
