‘Accelerate Action’ is this year’s theme for International Women’s Day. To quicken our pace, we need to first step forward and take our place. I achieved that during my recent visit to DuPont’s Mexico City office where I had the wonderful opportunity to spend meaningful time with our DuPont Women’s Network. Together, we shared our stories of support for making strides in work-life balance, allyship, and continuous learning to promote personal and professional growth. I felt especially proud that our female colleagues had the active support and participation from their male allies to help inspire action and deliver greater impact.
