Visited Ingham today for the ICA Townhall. It was lovely to connect with the local community and discuss how AFCA can support them. I encountered some floods water myself on my way in. Thankful I was able to get through without any dramas. Thanks Insurance Council of Australia for hosting this important event and inviting the Australian Financial Complaints Authority along.
