Macron, Europe’s New Hawk 🦅 Key takeaways from his today's address: ◾ Russia’s Mobilization Plans – The Kremlin is preparing to draft up to 3 million people by 2030 and manufacture 4,000 new tanks. This isn’t just about Ukraine—Russia is preparing for a potential wider conflict with Europe. ◾ France Proposes a "Nuclear Umbrella" Over the EU – Paris has initiated discussions on European nuclear deterrence, emphasizing that while Russia may have more warheads, France has enough to protect Europe. ◾ France Rejects Putin’s & Trump’s Peace Plans – Instead, Macron (likely alongside the UK) is working on a European-led peace initiative, ensuring that Ukraine’s future won’t be dictated by Washington or Moscow. ◾ Macron Warns About U.S.-EU Relations – The French President doesn’t rule out the possibility of the U.S. becoming an adversary or unreliable partner for Europe. ❗ "Peace will return to our continent only after Russia is pacified" – A clear statement that lasting security in Europe depends on neutralizing Russia’s aggressive ambitions. Once criticized for diplomatic caution, Macron is now positioning himself as the leading voice for a stronger, more independent European defense.

Macron was genuinely someone who believed in Putin, listened to him, tried to understand him, and find common ground—only to be met with disappointment. Over time, that disillusionment led to an acceptance of reality, and now the rose-colored glasses are off. Pure character development.

Action is worth a thousand words 😶

Crazy how you can find 800B under a horse shoe and within a minute when EU countries and public services are starving for years. Reminds me the 2020 "Nous sommes en guerre" against some basic flu. Whatever ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

Excellent and realistic speech. Facts, nothing else.

Public and private vehicles compete for limited urban space, operating in isolation. A transit intervention framework design unites and enhances individual strengths, efficiency, and throughput.

There is something else at play here. A much bigger game

I dislike saying ‘I told you so’, but Trump’s rogue behaviour shows the foolishness of Brexit’s botched attempt to turn their back on our common European home.

Macron is a lunetic!! Totally clueless!!😂🤣
