Hey everyone, Amy here with Nelly with an update on what's been going on in January and February. 1st things first, demand is through the roof, all from repeat customers and word of mouth. We have been very busy. Good thing the wallpaper is good because it's the only thing I've been looking at. So where are people traveling? Well, by far, Japan continues to be incredibly popular with everybody. After that, Southeast Asia is huge. Really popular and that was happening well before white late what White Lotus came out third. Italy, always a popular destination and I would say the fourth place is really just islands in general. I think that fits into a theme of people wanting to get to uncrowded locations. From Sardinia to the Caribbean to Bali. People are looking for locations, hotels that have a quiet, relaxing vibe. The other thing we're really seeing is multi generational. Ropes or just groups in general that want to gather in a private space. So we've been chartering yachts in Croatia, villas in the Caribbean, sending people on these amazing, amazing retreats, from corporate retreats to CEO retreats where they can gather and spend time. So that's it. I better get back to work.
