I'm Liz Gehringer, and I'm President and CEO of Anywhere Franchise Brands. I think one thing in helping employees develop their careers is just reminding them that they have accountability for their own careers. Because I think often employees feel like the company should come and develop their career. But it really is a two way St. and it's helpful when the employee reminds us what they're interested in doing and shows that they have the energy and enthusiasm for their own career development.
