☀️There’s no easier (or sunnier!) app than this brie baked in puff pastry and topped with sweet jam. Ingredients ½ tbsp oil for brushing 1 wheel (8 oz.) brie cheese 2 pkgs (13.2 oz.) refrigerated puff pastry sheets ¼ cup prepared mixed berry jam ¼ cup butter, melted 1 pkg (0.75 oz) fresh rosemary Directions Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and brush the Large Round Stone with oil. Trim the rind off the top of the brie. Unroll one sheet of puff pastry onto the stone. Place the brie in the center of the sheet. Spoon the jam on top of the brie. Brush the dough with melted butter. Unroll the second sheet of puff pastry and place it on top, turning the sheet so the long and short sides are alternating. Press the sheets of dough together and gently push out any air around the brie. Poke holes with a fork or knife in the top of the crust covering the brie to vent. Using a knife or pizza cutter, trim the edges of the pastry around the stone to create a circle. Use the scraps to make extra twists and place them on a baking sheet. Cut the circle of dough into 16 strips, starting at the edges and leaving ½" (1 cm) around the brie. Twist each strip. Place a sprig of rosemary on each twist (or every other twist) and one in the center. Brush all of the dough with butter. Bake the extra twists for 16–18 minutes, and the brie for 20–22 minutes, or until golden brown. To serve, cut the top off the center of the pastry and tear the twists off to dip into the cheese. Yield: 8 servings Cook's Tips: Use your favorite fruit jellies, jams, or preserves. Strawberry, fig, and apple butter work great! You can make this recipe a day before. Prepare as directed up to step 8, then refrigerate the dough. Let it come to room temperature for 30 minutes and bake as directed. #Luvz2cook4u #MyPcKitchen #ilovewhatido #letsgetcooking

Promoting artisanal bakers, gelatiers, chefs and chocolatiers in India has become increasingly important as the aspirational consumer class continues to rise. This segment of consumers is characterized by their willingness to spend more on high-quality, unique, and premium ingredient based products. The Rise of Aspirational Consumers India's economic growth has given rise to a new class of consumers who are more discerning and experimental. These consumers seek out products that offer not just taste but also a story and a unique experience. Quality and Craftsmanship Artisanal products are synonymous with superior quality and craftsmanship. Unlike industrial products, which prioritize volume and shelf life, artisanal goods focus on freshness, flavor, and the use of premium ingredients. Artisans often source local and organic ingredients, supporting sustainable practices and contributing to the local economy. For instance, artisanal chocolatiers might use single-origin cocoa, while bakers could incorporate traditional grains and natural leavening agents, resulting in products that are not only delicious but also healthier. Cultural Renaissance Promoting artisanal crafts is also about preserving and celebrating culinary heritage. India has a rich tradition of sweets and desserts, and by encouraging artisanal bakers, gelatiers, and chocolatiers, we can ensure these traditions are not lost. This cultural renaissance can create a unique identity for Indian desserts on the global stage, much like the French patisserie or Italian gelato. Economic Impact Supporting artisans can have a significant economic impact. Small businesses and startups driven by artisans create jobs and stimulate local economies. Education and Awareness One of the key challenges in promoting artisanal products is education and awareness. Consumers need to understand the value of artisanal craftsmanship and why it commands a premium price. Leveraging Technology In today’s digital age, technology can play a crucial role in promoting artisanal goods. E-commerce platforms, social media, and Quick Commerce food delivery services can expand the reach of artisans beyond their local markets. Virtual tours of workshops, live baking sessions, and interactive content can engage consumers and create a loyal customer base. Additionally, leveraging AI and data analytics can help artisans understand consumer preferences and tailor their offerings accordingly. Conclusion Promoting artisanal bakers, gelatiers, and chocolatiers in India is not just about boosting sales; it's about fostering a culture that values quality, sustainability, and tradition.
