It requires meeting all objectives for each critical practice. However, there's a provision for less critical practices that are "not met" to be addressed on a Plan of Action & Milestones (POA&M). This allowance, which is subject to the discretion of the lead Certified CMMC Assessor (CCA) or the Certified Third Party Auditing Organization (C3PAO), provides a grace period of up to 180 days to rectify these deficiencies.
