**BMKMANU S1000 Spatial Transcriptomics Case Show - Cucurbitaceae Plants**   🎉 Using single-cell level spatial transcriptomics technology (S1000) to analyze Cucurbitaceae plant samples, a total of 21,904 cells’ transcriptomic information was obtained. Conventional cell segmentation methods often identify large-diameter peripheral cells as voids and may struggle to differentiate cells of varying sizes effectively. 🚀   💡 However, with our S-series multi-scale cell segmentation technology, the large-diameter peripheral cells in tissues can be accurately segmented, with results highly consistent with bright-field toluidine blue (TB) staining images.⚙️   #BMKMANU #BMKGENE #CellLevel #SptatialTranscriptomics #Biotechnology
