We had the opportunity to attend SIA Executive Summit this week to learn from other industry leaders within the talent ecosystem on trends, insights and innovation within our industry. The pace of change, technology advancement combined with economic uncertainty has made this type of opportunity to learn, benchmark and collaborate even more important in recent years. This week reinstilled a great deal of confidence in our strategy and relevance to where the demand in the industry is headed, as well as ideas & new ways of approaching challenges.
