Sad to see Charles Handy - a shining light in the world of business and management - is no longer with us. His second curve idea was a big part of my masters dissertation addressing the barriers to participation in snowsports. I proposed a second curve for snowsports - different, more broad and inclusive, and therefore greater than what had come before.
