Joanne Walker and Laura Dormer from the The Evidence Base team will be at the 2025 European Meeting of ISMPP (International Society for Medical Publication Professionals) in London next week. Catch them if you're interested in learning more about publishing in the Journal of Comparative Effectiveness Research. As publications of real-world evidence (RWE) studies continue to grow, it’s essential for publication professionals to navigate the unique nuances of publishing RWE articles. The conference has two sessions on the publication of RWE studies: Day 1 Hackathon: Laura will lead conversations on how the Good Publication Practice (GPP) guidelines can more comprehensively address RWE publications during this session. Pre-conference Workshop: The Evidence Base columnists, Sreeram Ramagopalan and Richard White, will be providing guidance on the publication of RWE studies during the workshop ‘Keeping It Real: Publication Planning for Real-World Evidence’.
