It's Luke O'Grady here on episode 1 of Astika. We're going to be going in our office and asking everybody what's the one thing they've learned so far through sales. One thing I've learned in sales is that every day is a new day. Never get too high when you have a good day. Never get too low and you have a bad day. Keep that even keel each day and you will be successful. One thing I've learned about the sales process is to have a killer follow up system continuing to add value to some of our our prospects and clients throughout the the sales cycle. So just not a A1 and done type thing, but overtime just gradually growing on something that I learned in sales is just to be consistent. You know, you're gonna get a few nose. Don't let them emotions get the best of you and you know, keep keep pushing through with whatever routine that you have. I think something I learned in sales was that people buy solutions, not products. I think you got to find a problem that they face and and we got to give them solutions. Yeah, I would say biggest thing I've learned from sales is understanding the needs of the customer and then tailoring our conversation to best help them out. Yes. So what I learned from sales would probably be. The strength of building relationships is is pretty big and just creating authentic and good partnership with someone and then also just being consistent every day and and trying to be the best you can be regardless of the outcome. I don't know if they're gonna be. What's one thing you've learned so far from sales? What I learned from sales is knowing who to call on, knowing what to say, and then having. A great system for following up with them. One thing I've learned in sales is building strong relationships is key. I'd say one thing I learned sales to use your team as a resource. You have everyone in the group working together towards the same goal. Like it makes everyone better. So the one thing I learned about software sales is always have a killer follow up system.
