However, the dynamic shifted at the end of the year - candidates became more selective 🙅 Impacted by the changing economic situation, many candidates who previously considered changing jobs were taking a more wait-and-see approach. 📊 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐨𝐫𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Even tho our send-out-to-placement ratio went from 4.0 to 5.13, meaning we needed to find 𝟓 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐜𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐢𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐬 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐩𝐨𝐬𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧, we managed to adapt well and put in a lot of effort to deliver for our clients, which also is reflected in our growth year.
