Why do companies limit the "recent graduates" to just 4 years ago? The pandemic started 5 years ago. Is it a relic from the past? People would not be able to get actual work experience in their field, especially when no experience = not hired. Does working as a pharmacy tech count towards the years of work experience? What about volunteer projects? There really needs to be a be a governmental effort to get people who graduated in 2019/2018 or later a waiver for internships or some other program. Not going to comment on my thoughts on the likeliness any actual helpful program will happen in the next couple of years.
