🌀 Barriers to entry are fading, innovation is being democratized & and it's happening faster than ever before. We’re living through a paradigm shift, innovation is no longer episodic, but constant. The only bottleneck that remains? Creative minds. I recently spoke on these trends and the state of the Intelligence Age at the Münchner Management Kolloquium, hosted by Technical University of Munich. See my full #MMK25 talk linked below in the comments section. Cc: Dr. Ricarda Engelmeier, Franziska Deecke
The pace of change is incredible! The Intelligence Age is here, and those who adapt creatively will lead the way.
A powerful reflection — and yet, as the walls of innovation fall, I wonder: Are we truly ready to meet the creative minds we call for? Not just with tools, but with space. Not just with speed, but with stillness. Innovation may be constant now — but meaning still takes its time. Perhaps what we seek is not more creation, but deeper connection. Thank you for your insights and for opening the door to that question.
Nice points in this talk Dr. Hendrik Brandis. Raises an important point: how do we build ecosystems that attract truly creative minds, especially with the increasing awareness of the strengths of neurodivergent talent, the power of a 'non-traditional' background etc.? 🧠
Lieber Hendrik, Super Talk from buck to Brain! Super , dass Du da warst!
I fully agree Dr. Hendrik Brandis, in a world increasingly run by AI and soon robots two human traits become paramount: Creativity and responsibility!
