Manchester City's win has demonstrated the importance of consistent effort in achieving goals, even when faced with challenges, and ultimately rewriting the record books. This win transcends casual fan banter. It prompts a deeper reflection: How consistent am I in pursuing the goals I outlined for 2024? This matters significantly because consistency is critical to my growth and relevance as a person and in the industry I practice. John Maxwell captures this sentiment perfectly: "Small, daily acts of discipline, consistently applied, lead to remarkable achievements in the long run." What does consistent action look like for you? Have a productive week. #consistency #growth #mondaymotivation

Fall in love with strategic planning at the Community Association Institute - Western Oregon Chapter February Luncheon! 🥰 This is free for homeowner leaders! Register now to secure your spot! CAI Educational Luncheon Topic: Strategic Planning for Boards February 14th, 2025 11:30-1:00pm - Program Embassy Suites Washington Square 9000 SW Washington Square Rd. Strategic Planning for Boards A successful strategic plan has a current and future strategy and needs a mechanism for adjusting the plan if needed. The plan needs to be based on the association documents but balance the needs of the current owners. A good plan will maintain the common elements and a process for if things go out of order. It should be reviewed at least annually to ensure that the plan is still adequate to take care of the association. Having a current reserve study and a documented, followed maintenance and savings plan as an essential piece of managing an association. While it seems simple, having and maintaining a continuity with a successful strategic plan must be intentional and can be supported by professional management or committee of volunteers who are committed to its purpose. Our panelists will focus on these key areas: - Forming a committee - Bringing together your experts - Review of an up-to-date reserve study and maintenance plan - Reserve account audit to maximize return, ensure safety, and time liquidity Guest Presenters: Carrie McGonagle, CMCA, AMS, PCAM - Agynbyte LLC, AAMC® Colleen Chesbrough - Axos Bank Mr. Christian Colunga - Association Reserves
