The Australian Out of Home (OOH) industry, as reported by the Outdoor Media Association (OMA), saw a 7.96% increase in net media revenue during the first half of 2024, reaching AUD 593 million. This growth is primarily driven by the rise of Digital Out of Home (#DOOH) advertising, which now accounts for 74% of total revenue. According to PWC's report for Outsmart OOH the UK revenue for Out of Home advertising in the first quarter of 2024 reached £292 million, marking a significant growth of +16.4% compared to the same period last year. Digital #OOH grew by +22.8% and its share of revenue in Q1 increased from 61% to 65% year-on-year. Excellent news for our fast growing industry!
