SEO is a complete scam... That's what most brand owners tell me these days. I think that is so far from the truth, but there is a reason why most brand owners and businesses lean more to PPC than ever, and forget about SEO. For one, SEO is a very blanket term. It's been muddied up. SEO can be all of the things that you do to help rank a site organically on a search engine. But there are Google SE's. Meta, TikTok, Pinterest... And they all interlink in some way - even if the affiliation is vague. SEO in my opinion, gets a bad rap. But if you want to show that your skills truly are valuable you'll have to make SEO techniques look more like a organic content marketing strategy. Blogs, copywriting, keywords, and a bit of ads that help boost the effectiveness of your SEO work
