Dear E-Commerce Professionals, The international leaders (USA, China, UK) are currently focusing even more on customer-centric strategies. Specifically, this means: 1) Dynamic pricing & next level cross-channel loyalty management 2) Fast and data-driven category development & product development 3) Next level digitalization of physical stores, including video analytics and digital customer guidance via displays. From a business perspective, this also means that for retailers, retail media is moving into physical spaces and increasingly replacing traditional TV media budgets. In terms of supply chain management, Temu is setting new standards that even overshadow Amazon. With Temu's cash reserves to buy market share, it will become even more challenging for European retailers. I'm curious to see to what extent these developments have reached the K5 in Berlin. The next two days will tell.  Happy to discuss!
