On International Women's Day, I was inspired by my friend Ameya Athalye, who shared about the women leaders who have influenced him. It prompted me to express gratitude towards the exceptional men and women leaders who have shaped my life and made me feel valued. I am thankful for their kindness and unwavering support. Reflecting on my journey, I have encountered various leaders, both men and women. It is disheartening to note that I have observed more instances of women undermining other women than men doing the same. In my earlier years, I learned valuable lessons from my mistakes and failures in acknowledging the impact I had on others. While unintentional, my lack of self-awareness and attempts to conceal my insecurities affected people's emotions. I have evolved into a different kind of leader, thanks to my dear friend and remarkable coach Sonia K. Singh, MHA, PCC, who emphasized the importance of how we make others feel. This lesson has resonated deeply with me. I am grateful for those who uplifted me, recognized my potential when I doubted myself, and trusted in my abilities. Despite encountering individuals who focused on the negative, I am fortunate that positive experiences have overshadowed the negative ones. I deeply admire the leaders who have supported me, instilling resilience and a sense of calm within me. Their belief, trust, and consistent backing have empowered me to navigate challenging situations without letting negativity dictate my actions. I extend a heartfelt THANK YOU to the leaders, both men and women, who have not only spoken but also acted in ways that have influenced my life and career. They have taught me the importance of leading with empathy, genuine care, and a firm commitment to uplifting others. Special appreciation to Kim Feil, Linda Bartman, Shireen Ahmad, Sakina Valika, Marcelle Parrish, Mary Casperson, Jennifer George, Michael Krippinger, Nadia Khambati, RDN, Ameya Athalye, Mark Andeer, Timothy Wilson, Mike Feldner, Galen Smith, Mike Kitz, Ryan Vero, Maria Dabrowski, Maria Castro, Ash ElDifrawi, Phil Penuela, Chris Duncan, Bob Thacker, Juan M.
