The president of this company is looking for someone who can not only produce financials but also help provide better data about profitability, metrics and bring ideas to the table that will help the company grow and remain profitable. - Take ownership for monthly close and reporting activities and help review and back up AP, AR and Payroll - Work with the President to dig into margins, profitability by customer and dig into operational data. This is a great role for an excel junkie who loves getting lost in the data. - Communicate with all leaders across the company. Many of these leaders are gruff, blue collar individuals…you will need a backbone and an ability to communicate financial topics to non accountants. - Play a leadership role in the company – because the business has grown so fast, they do not have the time to build reports to really show them where the business is at and where it’s going…that is where you come in and can make a big impact in helping provide insight into how to run this successful business even more effectively.
