Last weekend, my team, Tolu Rogers, Ph.D. and I finally brought to life something that has been brewing in my heart for years. Whenever someone asked, ‘What do you want to be?’ My answer was always, ‘A teacher.’ Not for the title but for the impact—of sharing knowledge and experience that opens doors and changes lives—the kind I can share fully as myself, with all the quirks (golden hair and half-time karaoke included). I’m profoundly grateful to everyone who’s invested in me, supported me, and continues to believe in this mission. My biggest hope? Last week, we kicked off Scalelab Academy by hosting 30 brilliant and vibrant young ladies at our Scalelab User Acceptance Testing Training and Career Workshop. The energy in the room was inspiring, and each participant left with a renewed sense of purpose. The career workshop featured the sensational Tolu Rogers, Ph.D. and it was an eye-opening experience for many of the girls. At Scalelab, we are committed to the growth of the next generation of tech, content, and marketing enthusiasts, and this is just the beginning. Thanks to everyone who made the day amazing.
