At the heart of this innovative 19-month training program for future Data Center Maintenance Technicians, is a unique learning space, which we opened this week: "Le LABO" -Training Lab- located on our Saint-Denis campus. This facility will allow each cohort of students to step out of conventional technical classrooms and benefit from hands-on training, under the supervision of our industry experts. Additionally, Equinix is committed to integrating several apprentices per cohort from the first year. This direct involvement enhances participants' employability and prepares them for sustainable careers in a strategic sector. Recruiting and training operations teams has always been a major challenge for our industry and will continue to be. The creation of “Le LABO”, a premier learning space within our infrastructure, will help support the sector’s growth.
