Preventing wars between Sales & Marketing teams with Factors.ai

When I joined Factors.ai last year, I had to change my LinkedIn profile's headline to something that communicated the real value prop. None of the 'ABM/GTM/Revenue orchestration' buzzwords. Spent a day thinking hard about what it should be. Landed on 'Preventing wars between Sales & Marketing teams with Factors.ai' Because that's what we do. For ourselves, as well as for the 500+ customers we're serving. Ajay D is scaling his warm outbound efforts, booking meetings left right and center, because Mansi made it easier for him. When both the teams in GTM are aligned towards a common goal, we get to experience an alternate universe where Sales appreciates Marketing, and vice versa. 2nd order effects of this teamwork: - Sales reps cruising towards quota (I'm at 80% of this quarters quota already) - Marketing focussing on helping sales team succeed vs trying to slide in junk leads to meet their numbers. Don't believe me? Try it out for yourself. :) PS. Honorary mentions to the rest of the marketing team at Factors.ai: Janhavi, Tanvi, Vrushti, and Subiksha. Y'all are awesome. 🥂

80% of quota hit? That’s proof, not theory. Alignment isn’t just a nice idea—it’s a competitive advantage. Jagrit Gambhir

This is so true!! I am have experienced this at Aligned as well. Our CEO’s LinkedIn presence and the marketing team’s efforts give the SDR team an edge in engaging prospects and booking meetings.

Good shit!

'Preventing wars between Sales & Marketing teams' was such a cool headline. It'd always gimme a chuckle. But now, it's even cooler! Keep crushing man 💪
