*SITE UPDATE: Leith Walk, Edinburgh*   Work is well under way at our #PBSA development site in #LeithWalk, Edinburgh, with the building substructure now complete.   Recently appointed contractor, Ogilvie Construction Ltd, is delivering the six-storey development, which will create high-quality accommodation for 230 students.   Set for completion next year, the Leith Walk site will also feature an on-site gym, cinema and cycle store, with an electricity substation to power the buildings.   Paul Martin, Development Director at Firethorn Trust, said: “With a shared commitment to quality, alongside the strength of its local expertise, Ogilvie Construction is perfectly positioned to deliver our vision for the development, which has been designed to meet the highest sustainability standards, while providing a vibrant community for students to thrive”   Read the story in full: https://lnkd.in/d43MKhXs
