Through our This Way ONward partnership with Old Navy, Boys & Girls Clubs are helping teens take their first steps into the workforce by providing job readiness training, exposure to retail careers, and the opportunity to apply for part-time and seasonal roles at local Old Navy stores. This program focuses on empowering teens who may have never held a job before. By building confidence, gaining valuable skills, and preparing for future opportunities, This Way ONward is improving job access and helping teens invest their earnings toward significant milestones, like college or other personal goals.
