𝗛𝗼𝘄 𝘁𝗼 𝗖𝗿𝗮𝗰𝗸 𝘁𝗵𝗲 🇩🇪 𝗚𝗲𝗿𝗺𝗮𝗻 𝗠𝗮𝗿𝗸𝗲𝘁: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗜𝗺𝗽𝗼𝗿𝘁𝗮𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗙𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗥𝗶𝗴𝗵𝘁 𝗣𝗲𝗼𝗽𝗹𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗕𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗮 𝗪𝗶𝗻𝗻𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 💪 We recently hosted a go-to-market and expansion workshop for foreign companies that want to enter the German market - together with Invest in Bavaria - The Business Promotion Agency of the State of Bavaria. One of the key themes we focused on was the importance of finding the right people and building a winning team in the German market. As I mentioned in the video, it's essential to 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝗯𝗼𝗼𝘁𝘀 𝗼𝗻 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗴𝗿𝗼𝘂𝗻𝗱 in Germany and to 𝗵𝗶𝗿𝗲 𝗻𝗮𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗮𝗸𝗲𝗿𝘀. This will help you to better understand the local market and culture, and to build relationships with potential customers and partners. 𝗣𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗽𝗮𝘆𝘀 𝗼𝗳𝗳 - It can take time to build a successful business & employer brand in this market, so it's important to be prepared for the long haul. But with the right help and with the right steps, it is possible to crack the German market - so it was great to discuss and share learnings with more than 50 participants from 🇨🇱 🇵🇪 🇦🇷 🇬🇧 🇪🇬 🇫🇷 🇻🇳 🇧🇬 🇯🇵 🇺🇸 🇧🇪 🇮🇹 🇲🇽 🇭🇺 🇹🇳 on how to enter the German market best. 𝙃𝙚𝙧𝙚 𝙖𝙧𝙚 𝙨𝙤𝙢𝙚 𝙖𝙙𝙙𝙞𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙩𝙞𝙥𝙨 𝙛𝙤𝙧 𝙘𝙧𝙖𝙘𝙠𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙩𝙝𝙚 𝙂𝙚𝙧𝙢𝙖𝙣 𝙢𝙖𝙧𝙠𝙚𝙩: ✅ Do your 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗰𝗵: Before you enter the German market, it's important to research your product-market fit, and understand the local market and culture. ✅ Hire a 𝗹𝗼𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗮𝗿𝘁𝗻𝗲𝗿: Working with a local partner can help you to navigate the German market and build relationships with potential customers, partners and candidates. ✅ Be 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘀𝗶𝘀𝘁𝗲𝗻𝘁: It can take time to build a successful business in Germany, so it's important to have enough budget and resilience. ✅ Don't be afraid to 𝗮𝘀𝗸 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝗵𝗲𝗹𝗽: There are many resources and experts available to help foreign companies expand into Germany.
