Some battles are only fought, not in armed feet but on surrendered knees. Some battles are ONLY fought on the knees when we pray. When we pray, CHANGE will begin to happen! #powerofprayer

It can be a difficult process transferring back into civilian life. There are many transferable skills that suit construction and management. However, if none of your skills transfer directly into a role, the core values instilled within you whilst in active service are characteristics that I would look for when recruiting. I have witnessed first hand the benefit and necessity of reservists and there are not enough employers out there that grant additional leave to enable reservists to commit to training and deployment where needed.
