With the release of #IAM Strategy 300 Guide 2024, I am most honoured to be recognized once again in the annual rankings of world-class #IPstrategists. The 2024 edition of IAM Strategy 300: The World’s Leading IP Strategists features IAM's annual listing of trailblazing individuals in the development and implementation of world-class #IPvalue creation programmes. While it is a great prestige to be honoured as one of the World's leading IP strategists, I took time to reflect upon my #growth, #transformation and #mindset changes since I joined the ranks of international IP professionals in 2023. 🥛 🍼 *Growth in IP Transactions and Patent Strategy* 🍦 🧀 Since 2023, I have catalyzed many new IP deals, including #IPacquisition, #IPvaluation, #IPcommercialization, #IPlicensing and #IPtransfers! In April, 蒙牛 Mengniu Global R&D Innovation Center and myself were most honoured to be one of the key Chinese companies featured on the center stage at the #IPBC China 2024 conference, where I shared about our insights, efforts and #challenges in our international IP strategies (https://lnkd.in/gBbC__s5). For my IP work and deals at #Mengniu, my IP strategies have also transitioned from 1️⃣ Discovering Small Wins, 2️⃣ Scoring Significant Wins, to 3️⃣ Creating Sustainable and Reproducible Wins in #Dairy, #LifeSciences and #Nutrition. 🏛 👨🔬 *Enabling Youths in Tertiary IP Education* ✒ 👩🎓 While there is NO #university course that teaches one how to be a World's Leading IP Strategist, I see growth and value in imparting #IPBasics and #Patent Strategy to our students at the National University of Singapore, NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine. The two-way learning between myself and my students has benefited me greatly in the refinement of my IP strategies. The positive feedback received from my IP lectures have blossomed into the establishment of a full-fledged IP module catered for Life Science graduate students, MDG5252 and my increased responsibilities as a Senior Adjunct Lecturer at #NUS (https://lnkd.in/gP_RMFre). 🌱 🌲*Cocreating and Empowering IP Communities* 🤝 🌟 Apart from my formal work and academic interests, my involvement in our beloved non-profit IPOS Society has also been synergistic to my growth!
