Yes. Now a days insurance companies are trying cut there reimbursement percentage. And that's why they are asking for an recon or appeal with MR. But providers are never maintain MR in a proper format or do not mentioned all needful information, even after having MR claim denial again for "still maintained original denial decision." I really appreciate about an essential initiative taken by infinity .
