58% of mil-affiliated jobseekers visited just 1-3 employers. I'd love to hear feedback!! (source: last week's 50strong EmployerConnect exit survey. We'll drop link to full recap below.) YES, we do offer CITY-BASED pre-sharing of opportunity & we do encourage everyone to identify 2-3 potential opportunities (esp if they are near-term jobseekers). So FWIW, I do see this as a very positive metric! ➡️ Given that there were ~20 employers participating, are you surprised by this? ➡️ What are your thoughts on how employers are getting into the "decision set"?
