One of the highlights from Day 2, which packed with great sessions, was the talk on “Optimizing Workloads for Speed and Cost Using Amazon ECS and AWS Fargate” by Rachel Leekin and Praveen Edem. Today I've learnt how to: 🚷 Create a private subnet: I created a new subnet and set its CIDR block to avoid an overlap with my public subnet. 🚧 Create a private route table: I also made this subnet private by assigning it to a dedicated route table that doesn't route traffic to an internet gateway! 🚔 Create a private network ACL: Then, I set up custom network ACLs to control inbound and outbound traffic for this private subnet - denying all traffic by default. Amazon S3 adds Service Quotas support for S3 general purpose buckets You can now manage your Amazon S3 general purpose bucket quotas in Service Quotas.
