What makes a really great team and what really matters is to be in a solution mode. You have to want to succeed because there's nothing that goes smoothly ever. Drug discovery development is a very, very difficult path. So you know you will encounter some hurdles on the way and you have to have that mindset of how are we going to tackle this together? It is a warm team and that one team has to solve any issues it encounters. So having this mindset. With OK, there's something not working. What are we together gonna do? Is gonna make a success.
