Every automotive leader talks about collaboration, but who's actually doing it right? I often speak about the importance of servantship in leadership. Last weekend I was reading a story about the approach of Nordstrom, one of the world’s most successful department stores. “The company starts all executive-track employees out on the sales floor in the shoe department. They do this because they want their executives to understand customer service. They do it because they understand that going down on your knees in front of a customer is wonderful training. It teaches even their highest-level executives that the customer is the true boss”. They show and prove that understanding and living out subservience is the key to success. Let this story be the inspiration to take along in your leadership journey. Whether you have a shoe department or not, serve your clients at your finest. “True leadership means letting people around you see your ability to be subservient”. #rocksolidleadership #servantship #leadership #executivementor

Happy National Manufacturing Day! Allow me to introduce myself; I am a results-driven leader dedicated to fostering a positive environment for both my team and the organization. As we reflect on the term "LEADER," it is essential to recognize that leadership isn’t merely holding a high-ranking position or overseeing others. It involves imparting the skills you’ve acquired over time and cultivating an attitude and behavior within your team members that embody your guidance and enthusiasm for continuous improvement. In the realm of manufacturing, never lose sight of what true success is, it’s a collective achievement of the team. With this in mind, always remember that your team looks to you as their "LEADER," someone who will offer them clear direction, motivation, vision, and values. As we commemorate this day, take a moment to express gratitude to your team, for without their contributions, this celebration would hold little significance. Therefore, strive to be the “LEADER” they expect us to be! #HappyNationalManufacturingDay #OpentoNewOpportunities

As small business owners in the automotive industry, we wield significant influence over its future direction. Now, more than ever, it is crucial that we make our voices heard. We have the power to shape our own paths to success and profitability. It's essential to continue strengthening our alliances with companies that have proven their worth and are aligned with our values. At the same time, we must remain open to forming new partnerships with service providers who not only share our goals but are committed to truly being part of our team—rather than just pursuing their own agendas. Together, we can take control of our industry's future. The time has come for us to lead. Let’s show the way forward. #AutomotiveIndustry #SmallBusiness #Leadership #Innovation #Letssssgoooo
