Wish me luck! I have just submitted my proposal for the EmpoWomen Program. Within this project Micronose plans to work on the marketing strategy as well as the MVP of first personalized therapy of allergy based on nasal microbiome testing. EmpoWomen Program is a 2-year programme (2024-2025) funded by the European Union through its Horizon Europe Research and Innovation program, aiming to tackle the underrepresentation of women in the deep-tech sector, particularly in emerging European countries. #innovation #startup #deeptech

We don’t know the distribution of many arboviruses like #chikungunya, which confounds our ability to not only respond but to know if our response is working. This can lead to- especially now - to decrease in public trust as it looks like we’re “moving the goal posts.” Basic understanding of disease distribution is public health 101.
