I’m excited to announce our upcoming flexible endoscopy course designed specifically for general surgery residents, in collaboration with Olympus Corporation in Westborough, MA on March 3, 2025. CRS and MIS fellows are welcome, too. Trainees will have the opportunity to learn endoscopy basics including scope set-up and troubleshooting, reaching the cecum, interpretation of findings, instrumentation, advanced skills including stents and EMR, as well as intraoperative endoscopy approaches. These skills will be trialed on skills stations where attendees will work closely with our instructors, all faculty at Boston University/Boston Medical Center in colorectal surgery and gastroenterology.
