Welcome to the Nova Place community: Allegheny Health Network (AHN)! AHN has signed a 20-year lease for nearly 50,000 square feet to establish a new hub for its remote clinical workforce and support teams, beginning in 2026. Up to 150 employees will be based on campus, including digital nurses, teleICU clinicians, and virtual sitters who provide 24/7 care to patients across AHN hospitals using advanced remote monitoring technologies. The space will also house teams from revenue cycle, real estate services, and clinical administration, with flexibility to grow as AHN’s digital health programs expand. As AHN CFO Brian Devine shared: Nova Place is an excellent fit …providing access to public transportation and parking, meeting the infrastructure needs of our growing digital health and monitoring programs, and minimizing disruption for employees.
