Making a Mistake isn’t easy to own up to in Sales It’s hard to admit when you are in the wrong because it makes you feel ❌ embarrassed ❌ defeated ❌ not worthy I’ve learned throughout my long tenure in medical devices that everyone makes mistakes!! It’s what we do/how we choose to handle them in those moments of uncertainty. As a high performer, here is what I have implemented to not only overcoming mistakes but in creating barriers to making them: 💥 Be honest and Admit the mistake 💥 Rebuild the relationship in a timely fashion 💥 Form new habits/routines to eliminate the potential for additional missteps Acknowledging mistakes can be powerful for professional growth. Vulnerability brings opportunity for growth. It’s what you do in those moments that define you. Tune in today's episode where I get real vulnerable and talk about a mistake I made and how I handled it for ultimate success. https://lnkd.in/eP2vz6Qq How have you come back from making a mistake?
