🔹 In my journey, one of the biggest shifts I made with my team was aligning our values. This wasn’t just a quick exercise we checked off a list, it was 𝗮 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗲 into what we truly stood for, both individually and as a company. ❊ I sat down with my team, and together we worked through a series of values, tweaking them until we found a set that resonated with everyone. ❌ It wasn’t about forcing an idea of what the company “should” value, but finding real, authentic alignment that everyone could commit to. When our values finally clicked, I could feel the energy shift ✨ People became 𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱, 𝗲𝗻𝗴𝗮𝗴𝗲𝗱, 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗹𝗲𝗮𝗿 on how their work connected to the bigger picture. → 𝗔𝗹𝗶𝗴𝗻𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗶𝘀 𝗽𝗼𝘄𝗲𝗿𝗳𝘂𝗹: it pushes everyone in the same direction, makes decision-making easier, and brings the team closer 🙏🏻 If your team’s values aren’t aligned with your mission, it’s going to show in how you move forward. 🟣 Reexamining your values isn’t just important, 𝗶𝘁’𝘀 𝗲𝘀𝘀𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗮𝗹 if you want sustainable growth and real connection within your company.
