Instead of focusing on the so-called overcrowding, let’s talk about improving our infrastructure to keep up with this growth. Complaints won’t help; proactive solutions will. Location truly matters - this is something that really stood out to me after hearing Nas Daily speak at the #BTS 2024! When I heard him speak at the Bengaluru Tech Summit, his words hit home: “Remote work isn’t as effective as we think it is. Location matters.” This is something I've always believed in, especially in the real estate industry.
