Myth: "You can’t exercise during pregnancy." Fact: Unless there are specific medical conditions or complications, exercise is actually recommended during pregnancy. It helps maintain a healthy weight, improves mood, reduces the risk of gestational diabetes, and can even make labor and recovery easier. Safe activities include walking, swimming, and prenatal yoga. However, it's essential for pregnant women to consult with their healthcare provider before starting any new exercise routine to ensure it's safe for their individual situation. #PregnancyMyths #PregnancyFacts #WomensHealth #ObGyn #HealthyPregnancy #MaternalHealth #PregnancyJourney #PregnancyAdvice #PregnancyCare #MythBusting #DoctorTips #MedicalFacts

Why do we ask both partners to be part of the ante-natal preparation programme? The ante-natal preparation programme focuses on empowering the mother-to-be by helping her build her physical strength, stamina, and emotional health to handle her pregnancy and delivery in a positive and healthy manner. The programme is not only for mothers who are going in for natural delivery or VBAC – even mothers who choose an elective Caesarean are encouraged to attend this programme. Both partners are encouraged to attend the programme together, as the father-to-be is seen as the primary source of emotional support during labour. It is also an excellent for both partners to bond closely with each other and their children. During the programme, parents-to-be are informed about the progress of labour and taught exercises, breathing techniques, hypnobirthing techniques and massages to help prepare for it. They are also taught how to handle the baby after birth, how to breastfeed and care for the newborn, etc. All of this helps the parents to have a positive, healthy and happy pregnancy and delivery experience. Consult our experts – call +91-72999 11102 / 04 / 50 for appointments. #AntenatalPreparation #HealthyPregnancy #PregnancySupport #ParentingJourney #BirthPreparation #EmotionalSupport #PregnancyWellness #LabourSupport #NewParentTips #PositiveBirthExperience
