Google Says "No" To Chat! Yes, you saw it correctly. Beginning July 31, 2024, the chat feature in Google Business Profile (Google My Business) will no longer be available. The timeline is: From July 15, 2024, customers won't be able to start new chat conversations and those in existing chat conversations will be notified about the feature phaseout. On July 31, 2024, the chat feature will be removed in Google Business Profile. Action Plan for Business Owners: 1) Customers can still find & contact your business through Google Search and Maps.
