During the delivery phase of the East Coast Digital Programme (ECDP), collaborating on business change activities allows us to share and develop best practices, align a sector-wide approach, and understand how to implement change to achieve sustainable and beneficial outcomes. Our recent interactive 'Day in the Life' workshops provided valuable insights and identified key outputs to support the further development of training materials for roles impacted by the introduction of the European Train Control System (ETCS) in the Freight Sector.
