One of the main benefits of ASAM membership are the multiple events and opportunities for GC/CMs and Subcontractors to build strong (and profitable) relationships. Take yesterday's Construction Advancement Forum for example. Here, ASAM members representing a wide range of craft trades were gathered at the Grand Rapids Chamber to meet with Lakewood Construction. Lakewood leaders did a fantastic job of sharing transparent insights into the key markets they're focusing on (Pre-engineered metal buildings, industrial manufacturing, private education, and municipal in case you're interested 🤔) their 2025+ growth goals, and best practices for what makes a strong GC/Sub partnership.. Strong relationships = strong projects in our industry. Events like the Construction Advancement Forum equip members with the 'insider info' to strengthen existing relationships and organically create new ones.
